Community Support Fund (CSF)
The Community Support Fund is the granting arm of the Junior League that allows community organizations within the Junior League's service area to apply for grants up to $2,500 to assist in funding their programs and initiatives.
The Community Support Fund enables the Junior League to grant funding to organizations that render services within our three focus areas of Education, Child/Family/Crime Prevention, and Health/Environmental impact. Requests for support are considered based on the following criteria:
The maximum award per applicant is $2500. Multiple projects may be considered up to this maximum.
Funds must be used within the geographic service area of the Junior League of Boca Raton, defined as North Broward County and South Palm Beach County.
Applicants must have a 501(c) (3) status with the IRS, be in the process of obtaining this status or be under the umbrella of an agency with 501 (c) (3) status.
Requests will NOT be considered for fund raising events or expenses, political expense, travel, sectarian religious projects promoting religion, or to individuals.
A grant application must be completed and returned with all of the requested supportive materials.
Applicants may receive funding ONLY every other year.
Agencies currently having a project under consideration as a Junior League community project or a current Junior League community project are ineligible.
Applicants must provide a written progress report on the use of granted monies upon request by JLBR.
