Done In a Day (DIAD) 2009-2010 Event Application Form
The Junior League of Boca Raton, Inc. (JLBR) is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving the community through effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable. We reach out to women of all races religions and national origins who demonstrate a commitment to voluntarism.

The JLBR provides volunteer support to qualified agencies for short-term or one-day projects or events; referred to as Done-In-A-Day (DIAD) Community Service Projects. How can the Junior League of Boca Raton help your committee or organization?

In order to be considered for volunteer support, your event must meet the following criteria:

1. The requesting agency must be a non-profit, tax-exempt agency.
2. The proposed project must fall under a current JLBR focus-area or position statement.
3. The proposed project or event must support the JLBR service area of South Palm Beach County and North Broward County or be a collaborative effort with another Junior League.
4. Volunteer support cannot be provided for religious programs, political activities, or fund-raising events held by other agencies.
5. DIAD committee will not provide financial support for the requesting agency or project.
