Junior Leadership Program

The Junior League of Boca Raton is launching a new mentor/mentee initiative for boys and girls ages 12-17 in middle and high school to develop leadership skills of underserved youth in Boca Raton. The JLP will develop the leadership skills of underserved teens using the following curriculum resources: The Student Leadership Challenge, a research-based program by James M. Kouzes and Barry Posner that has been used at the University of Florida and Franklin Covey’s The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens.

 The JLP Kick-off Event will be held on March 3rd from 6:30-8:30 at The LAB at the YMCA. 6000 Glades Rd, Boca Raton, FL 33431.
